I don't know how to cook for squat, but since getting this and Youtubing recipes, I've become somewhat of a professional chef in my house. 😅
I was looking for a slow cooker to make Dr. Davis's L. reuteri yogurt recipe, that requires 36 hours cooking time and only 100°F temperature. This was the only machine I could find that offers both. You must use the 'sous vide' cooking program to get the temperature down. Note the 'yogurt' cooking program is set too high at 108°F.
